What are adjustable socks?
Adjustment socks are open socks that separate the toes from each other with knitted dividers. They thus serve as correctors of the correct position of the toes.
How do adjustable socks work?
Adjustment socks are intended for short-term passive rest and are not recommended (unlike other correctors) to walk in them. Putting them on separates the individual toes, forming a fan-shaped toe splay, which gives the body a greater surface area of support, and therefore stability.
What are adjustable socks for?
Adjustment socks in addition to their main purpose of stretching the toes:
- relieve tension in the legs
- improve blood circulation
- relieve leg pain
- prevent toes from rubbing together and squeezing
