Functions of shoe inserts

Barefoot shoes usually have thin soles, so shoe inserts can serve as:

• thermal insulation in winter
• additional protective layer between the foot and the ground
• replacement in case of damage or frosting of the original liners
• stimulation of the foot in the case of the special massage design
• corrective aid for customized orthopaedic insoles

If you use orthopaedic insoles to improve the condition of your foot, we recommend wearing them in barefoot shoes that give the foot room to function actively and gradually strengthen the arch, muscles and tendons.

What kind of inserts to choose?

Different models of shoes bring different shapes of insoles, but rarely offer the purchase of spare pieces. This problem is easily solved by universal insoles, which make it easy to find and select the fitting insoles.

1. After purchase, you will receive universal inserts in a uniform size and shape
2. Take the original insoles out of the shoes, put them on the new universal ones and trace their shape
3. Cut the universal insoles with scissors according to the contour of the original ones
4. You've got an exact fitting insoles that you can insert into your shoes
